Returns Policy

Hey there our fabulous KARTEL customers, if your package arrives and it just not working for you, no problem at all! We like to make it easy round here so pop your purchase back on the courier (we suggest you do a track & trace) and once its received at our end we will refund you or issue your store credit.

Below is some more boring but important things to know… give it a wee read and contact us with any questions

• All items need to be returned within 7 days
• Please make sure the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition with all
• tags/labels attached. 
• Sorry, but no refunds or store credits on SALE or OUTLET purchases
• If your item is in a box ( like shoes or a candle) please ensure you package these safely so they are returned undamaged.
• Due to hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings or swimwear without the hygiene stickers.
