Born from a little dream on the drive home from our favourite place one afternoon,
KARTEL was created. I had been visiting Twizel since my teenage years and
watched the cute idle town growing into something that was really special… with 5
lakes, ski fields, bike tracks and an abundance of activities I just knew women
needed a boutique to visit, somewhere to browse and sip their coffee in, somewhere that made Twizel just a little more special. They were ready!
In 2018 after a year of planning we opened our doors, and have not looked back!
What we set out to do has come to life and we couldn’t be more proud, we grow and grow and GROW!
Online has been no exception with half of our following buying online the length of
NZ and even Australia, and when our locals can't visit they jump online and feel the
love that way.
At KARTEL it's all about YOU! Our customer. We have always offered that
personalised old fashion shopping experience with a side of FUN both in store and
online and we couldn’t be more proud about it! More than just your ‘normal fashion
boutique’ we curate the fashion, fun, homewares and gift that really is worth the visit.
